Beautiful Home Wedding for Amanda and Jesse!

Amanda and Jesse originally planned to have their wedding in my wedding garden but then decided to have it at Amanda's father's home in the Five Points area of downtown Raleigh where they could have more guests than I could accommodate in my garden. When Marty and I arrived at 11:30 AM on May 26, 2012, the weather could not have been more pleasant and Amanda and Jesse and their friends and family had completely transformed her father's backyard into a lovely wedding site.

When the guests had arrived and their parents had been seated, Jesse and his best man, Noah, and I proceeded to the gazebo followed by Margaret, our maid of honor, and her adorable daughter who was the flower girl.

 Pretty Amanda was proudly escorted in by her father, Mike. 

The One Studios Weddings crew was there to capture both still and video images of the ceremony.

And so we began their sweet and simple wedding ceremony they had helped create surrounded by their family and closest friends.

They made their vows to each other and exchanged rings. 

Then it was time to pour their bright colors of sand together.

And now, here they are, husband and wife!
